
Body Psychotherapy

Body psychotherapy sessions are designed to give you the space to slow down, connect with yourself and receive support as you navigate present challenges. Through our ongoing work you will deepen your awareness and begin to uncover the root causes of your challenges. As the process unfolds, you will naturally expand your capacity to hold emotional complexity while opening up to new possibilities and conscious change. On a somatic level, you will connect with your body, understanding how your nervous system responds to stressful experiences and allowing inner impulses and sensations to become gateways for regulation.
Some of the topics I have experience working with are stress, anxiety, loneliness, dysfunctional relationships, sex orientation, life transitions, detachment from feelings, PTSD, chronic stress and fatigue, career challenges, as well as working with individuals and couples in a crisis where they feel that something needs to change. Common to everyone is the longing to connect authentically with oneself - beyond the conditioning developed to cope with the world. Realigning with your true expression and felt sense often leads organically to shifts in relationships, work and every day life while the growing experience of connection, safety and resiliency supports you through difficult periods and transitions.
My approach is trauma informed with focus on coming into the body and embracing what is present as a catalyst for transformation. I am trained in somatic psychotherapy, a full member of European Association for Body Psychotherapy and have completed an externship program in Emotionally Focused Therapy - an attachment based approach that aims to repair intimate bonds between families and couples. With a long experience exploring the biophysical aspects of developmental and relational trauma through my own work and studies, I support you in reconnecting with and expressing more of who you are - an evolutionary process that fosters more fulfilling relationships, nurtures inner resources and brings greater clarity about your life path.

I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to provide a safe, consistent space that supports your progress.
