Somatic Therapy
1:1
In my practice, I offer a supportive space to explore and integrate present challenges. I draw on an interdisciplinary psychodynamic approach informed by psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and somatic psychology.
Somatic therapy utilizes a variety of interventions to bring awareness and clarity around life’s situations, along with a greater contact with the body. This process often involves working with early experiences and their impact on the sense of self, as well as listening to bodily signals, which often hold important information about the underlying roots of current concerns.
My approach is grounded in an understanding of the nervous system, aiming to recover an inner sense of safety and connection.
I am trained in somatic psychotherapy, a full member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy, and have completed an externship program in Emotionally Focused Therapy—an attachment-based approach that aims to repair intimate bonds between families and couples. With a background in the biophysical aspects of developmental and relational trauma through my own work and studies, I support you in reconnecting with your body and deepening embodied presence.
