Therapy
1:1
A space to slow down and receive support as you navigate present challenges. Sessions are designed to deepen awareness, bring clarity, and help you connect with your deeper needs and direction in life. I draw on an interdisciplinary psychodynamic approach informed by psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and somatic psychology.
Somatic therapy integrates both body and mind in the therapeutic process, working with the unconscious and how experiences are expressed in the body. It offers the possibility to explore how early experiences shape your current life situation and your sense of self, while helping you access inner resources and expand your capacity to make supportive choices. Rather than focusing only on mindset or behaviour, somatic therapy follows the information that comes directly from your inner sensations and impulses. Over time, you learn how you react to stressful experiences and instead of ignoring your bodily signals, you develop self-trust, resilience and responsiveness in relation to what arises within you.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in an understanding of the nervous system, aiming to cultivate a sense of safety in the body. This process often leads to a stronger relationship with yourself and meaningful shifts in relationships, work, and daily life.
I am trained in somatic psychotherapy, a full member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy, and have completed an externship program in Emotionally Focused Therapy—an attachment-based approach that aims to repair intimate bonds between families and couples. With a long experience exploring the biophysical aspects of developmental and relational trauma through my own work and studies, I support you in reconnecting with your body, cultivating self-acceptance, and deepening your embodied presence.
